Successfully completed transaction

LTA advised the international ICOR group, whose subsidiary UAB InHouse Digital is developing its business in the Czech Republic. Specifically, the merger involved the merger by acquisition of INTEGRI, s.r.o. as the dissolving company with STARLIT-OK Soft, s.r.o. as the successor company, which after the merger changed its name to INTEGRI Group, s.r.o. Both companies were active in the field of IT and developed software facilitating the management of JVUs. The merger was executed with a decisive date of 1 January 2025 and a date of registration in the Commercial Register of 1 July 2025.

The legal team of LTA consisted of Marek Demo and Václav Pat’ha. Thanks are also expressed to LTA Audit colleagues Hana Daenhardtová and Hana Balonová for their support in connection with the preparation of the opening balance sheet.
