DeutschThe LTA team consisting of Marek Demo and Daniel Vrábel has successfully completed another merger. It was a merger of CENTROPEN, a. s., a traditional Czech manufacturer of writing and drawing instruments, as the successor company, and Chrášt’any hala a. s. and Chrášt’any sklady a. s., as the dissolving companies. The purpose of the merger was to simplify the organizational structure of the group.
The advisory services included, in particular, the analysis of contractual and commercial relations and identification of potential merger risks, preparation of the merger project and all corporate documentation, ensuring notification obligations in relation to creditors, employees, public authorities and business partners, securing the registration of the merger in the Commercial Register, securing the entry of the ownership title in the Land Register and ongoing legal support throughout the merger process, which was completed in approximately three months.
