The article deals with the interpretation of Sec. 190 (2) (e) of the Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on business corporations. This provision states that approval of granting and revoking of proxy falls within the scope of the powers of a general meeting of a limited liability company, unless the memorandum of association specifies otherwise.
