Changes in Form of VAT control statement (kontrolní hlášení)

Minor changes are valid in .xml format of VAT control statement. There are new codes valid for column 12 in Section A.4 a B.2 of the form. The changes are introduces in connection with the change of legislation regarding the bad debt reliefs.
